Referral Bonus Program

Here’s how it works: Each time you refer a qualified employee to Rita Staffing, that person is placed on an assignment and completes 80 hours, you are entitled to a $50.00 referral bonus. THAT’S $50.00 FOR EACH REFERRAL. Remember: Your referral must name you as their referral source and you are responsible for keeping in touch with Rita Staffing to track your referral’s progress. So make sure you tell them to Employee Referral in that section of our application. They can give your name to the Rita Staffing consultant during their interview at a Rita Staffing location. If you meet the requirements to receive the referral bonus, you can call our main office at (863) 646-5021 to confirm your eligibility and if the requirements have been met, we will mail you a check for $50.00!!

APPLICANT FAQs

Q: How often do I have to complete an application?

A: You only have to complete an application once unless your work experience changes.  However, you may be required to do yearly updates.

Q: How long do you keep my file?

A: We keep your file forever.

Q: When and where can I fill out an application?

A: You can fill out an application online using the “Apply Online” menu above. If you do not have access to a computer (home, family, friend, public library, etc.), applications are also accepted in each of our offices Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Q: I have completed an application.  What can I expect?

A: Please remember that Rita Staffing places candidates on assignments based on skills, qualifications and other criteria.  Due to the high volume of applicants, we will only contact you if we have a current opening for which you are qualified.  It is only necessary to call in once per week to keep us updated on your work status.

Q: I am scheduled for an interview at a Rita Staffing office.  What do I need to bring?
